Minimal Data Sent to AI
Audio is sent for transcription. If you share a screen during a web recording, up to 18 snapshots and nearby transcript excerpts are also sent for captions and meeting analysis. Avoid showing information you do not want processed.
Permission on Demand
Microphone access is requested when you start recording. The browser asks for tab or screen access only when you choose to share it; camera access is requested only when you attach a photo.
